SeeSignage now supports two-factor authentication (MFA, Multi-Factor Authentication), adding an extra layer of security to your account during login.<\/p>\n

With MFA enabled, signing in requires both your password and a one-time verification code generated by an authenticator app. This helps keep your account secure even if your password becomes compromised.<\/p>\n

How to enable MFA:<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Open Profile<\/strong> from the SeeSignage navigation menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Security<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Enable authenticator app<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Scan the QR code displayed on your screen using an authentication app such as Google Authenticator<\/strong>, Microsoft Authenticator<\/strong>, or Authy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter the six-digit code generated by the app and confirm the setup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After setup, you\u2019ll need to enter both your password and the one-time code from your authenticator app each time you sign in.<\/p>\n

    Recommendation:<\/strong> Enable two-factor authentication today to strengthen the security of your SeeSignage account.<\/p>\n
