New features to the info page editor: workarea toolbar, info page custom resolution, support for info pages in the media carousel, and much more

The new SeeSignage update includes several improvements to the info page editor. You can now create info pages with custom sizes, add info pages to the media carousel widget, and manage the editor workspace more smoothly.

Changes to the appearance of the infopage editor

• The editor workspace is now centered. Previously, the workspace was in the top left corner.
• The right sidebar of the editor is now a panel that includes layers of the info page (widgets and objects). You can rearrange the order by dragging and dropping a layer to the desired spot in the list. Click the settings tab to edit the settings of the selected object or widget.

Toolbar

Below the editor, there is now a new toolbar for managing the visible workspace in the center.

The toolbar includes the following functions:

1. Select mode: Allows the selection of objects and widgets in the workspace.
2. Drag mode: Allows moving the editor’s workspace.
3. Zoom out
4. Reset zoom: Resets the zoom to the default level.
5. Fit to screen: Fits the workspace to the browser window.
6. Zoom in

Custom infopage resolution

You can now create info pages of various sizes. Choose the size that best fits your info display.

Infopage support for media carousel 

The media carousel widget now also supports infopages in addition to images and videos.

Other Improvements

• The lock function now works for all objects and widgets.
• A new element added to the info page now always goes on top.
• The interface of the table widget has been made more user-friendly.
• Several general improvements and fixes to the user interface.
